There is only one acceptable future scenario and that is where people, planet and profit, compound instead of compete. That means we need a radical change from current practice with transformative leadership: Flip the default. All professionals can lead change, they just need the will to act and a skillset that can navigate uncertainty, challenge existing systems and turn positive intentions into action. We call this Future Proof Leadership.

Our mission is to: Build a critical mass of Future Proof Leaders: people with the skills, mindset and courage to change our current trajectory. Because organizations don’t shape the future. People do.

To develop those Future Proof leaders we organize Europe’s largest leadership convention on positive change. For one day, thousands of professionals come together to explore the challenges shaping our world, develop the human skills leadership now requires, and meet people who are already putting them into practice.
